Temporary construction SAP House

For the Annual Meeting 2025 in Davos, we implemented a unique timber construction project for PublicisLive and its client SAP. Construction began with the laying of the foundations between the end of October and the beginning of November 2024. The basement was completed in the first construction phase from December 16 to 20, 2024, followed by the second construction phase, in which the upper floor and the final details were implemented from January 9 to 13, 2025. The entire timber construction was erected on columns on a slope in just ten days. 1,000 m² of three-layer panels, 707 m² of CLT and 55 m³ of beams were made from 437 m³ of round timber.

The special feature: This volume of wood grows back in Graubünden in less than five hours.
