For the 100th anniversary of the Spengler Cup Davos, the "LOFT 23" was created, an innovative temporary building for the VIP hospitality in the Kurpark Davos. The sustainable building relies on regional wood and natural resources. With a usable area of 4,480 m2 (two storeys) and around 530 building elements, the construction was a logistical challenge. The indoor climate hardly differs from that of a prefabricated building. Thanks to its dimensions, sustainability and aesthetics, the building sets new standards for temporary construction.
