The couple wanted a single-storey house that was not too big, with enough space to receive family and friends for overnight stays at any time.

The 4.5-room house is equipped with two wet rooms, a large living-kitchen-dining area, a kitchenette and a technical room. A large carport, a terrace and a lot of surrounding area near the brook round off the building.

The foundation for the building is a concrete floor slab, and the building walls and ceilings were built using prefabricated timber construction. On cold days, the air heat pump provides warm and cosy hours.
