Geared towards the use of an accommodation business, a clearly structured, three-storey building structure was created through the horizontal and vertical juxtaposition of the QUADRIN modules.

The underground car park and the fitness and wellness area are located in the basement. On the ground floor is the lounge, the restaurant with bar and the reception. The 41 hotel rooms are arranged on the first and second floors. The floors are connected by three staircase modules with lift shafts. With the QUADRIN modular system, the hotel rooms were prefabricated ready for use, including the furnishings, installations and sanitary appliances. This enabled a construction time from excavation to completion of only eight months.
