In order to make better use of the plot and still not have to block up her own residential location, Ms. Abt envisioned a compact, rentable residential building.
The QUADRIN product appealed to her and convinced her. She decided on the F60 module type, which corresponds to a floor area of around 60m2. Due to the support function, the surroundings only had to be adapted for the driveway and the car park.
