The young Wasescha family and their parents live together in an apartment building. Due to the ring-shaped nature of the somewhat older building structure, a suitable solution had to be found. With the QUADRIN Module F40, all their wishes could be fulfilled.
Individually planned and developed to meet the needs and wishes, a small luxury garden house with an exclusive kitchen and fireplace has been created. Placed in the garden of the house, designed with a garden seating area and a spacious lounge for the warm summer months.
