Microliving Rapperswil

Microliving - This was the motto of the client. This modular building was realized in Rapperswil. From the ceiling over the first floor up to and including the attic, the project was implemented as a wooden building. The rooms consist of individual wooden modules. Each module represents a separate apartment. The challenge was the transport of the very large room modules: 3.8 x 12.0 x 3.0 m. However, Logbau AG was able to realize this challenge in an excellent way. After only 5 months of construction, the owner was able to rent out all apartments within 2 months.
