JUFA Hotel Savognin GR

Uffer AG built the "Grava" hotel on the site of the former carpentry workshop in Savognin. A project study was carried out to plan the size and location of the complex so that it would blend in perfectly with the villagescape.

For a short and efficient construction phase, the upper floors were realised in QUADRIN timber modular construction, so that the individual rooms could be moved on site ready for use. The ground floor and basement were realised in a solid construction. These two floors contain seminar rooms, wellness area, children's play paradise, technology, kitchen, restaurant and reception. The operator "JUFA" is an Austrian family hotel chain with an international presence.
