The temporary accommodation "Konvikt" in Chur - a modern, innovative, sustainable and at the same time temporary solution.
The three-storey wooden modular building was divided into two residential wings, which are joined by a connecting wing. The complete interior fittings of the future rooms and sanitary cells were pre-assembled. Thanks to the high degree of prefabrication, the total of 102 wooden modules only had to be placed in the concrete foundations on site. The reusability of the versatile modules results in a very ecological solution.
