LOFT 23 was inaugurated as part of the Spengler Cup. It was used there for VIP hospitality. Within just a few days, the temple of sport was transformed into a meeting place for business, politics and civil society. The sustainable building relies on regional wood and natural resources. After the redesign, the Kurpark Village had a total usable area of 6,500 m2 spread over two floors. A total of around 670 construction elements were used for the entire building. During the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum, the temporary timber construction served as a registration location, media village and for session rooms.
