It has already been announced, but today it is official: "LOFT 23", an innovative temporary building for the VIP hospitality in the Kurpark Davos, is being built for the 100th anniversary of the Spengler Cup Davos. The sustainable building relies on regional wood and natural resources. With a usable area of 4480^m2 (two storeys) and around 530 construction elements, the building is a logistical challenge. The building of the century will serve as a beacon project for quality,_{CO2 sequestration} and a unique spatial ambience. A milestone for efficiency, digitalization and intelligent construction. The building will open on December 26, 2023.
